• Official Transcripts

  • Submit your high school transcripts and all previously attended colleges/universities. Transcripts must be official, no faxed copies accepted. By hand, physical copies must be sealed in order to be considered official. Electronic transcripts sent directly from the institution or a third-party vendor are acceptable.

• Bacterial Meningitis Shot record

  • If you are younger than 22, submit proof of a meningitis vaccination or exemption/waiver.

• Affidavit for Texas Residency

  • The Noriega Bill/Texas DREAM act (HB 1403, Texas law (Senate Bill 1528) allows you to qualify for Texas residency status. If you meet the requirements for Texas residency, a notarized Affidavit form is required to be submitted to admissions for review. For your convenience, notaries may be available on campus. Contact admissions@nctc.edu for more information. Please do not complete the Affidavit form until you are in the presence of the Notary.

If you do not meet the exemption requirements, you will need to register and complete the Texas Success Initiative Assessment 2.0 (TSIA2). Submit your scores or proof of exemption to the Admissions Office.

Schedule an appointment with an Advisor. Please note a student must pay tuition in full at the time of registration or set up a payment plan with the Business Office. Failing to do so may result in the cancellation of a student's registration.

You can have a student photo ID and debit card made through the Business Office at any NCTC Campus, or you can request the debit card only and have it mailed to you! 

To set up your debit card features, designate your bank account of choice on MyNCTC > Student Services tab > Direct Deposit Designation on the left side. This determines if account refunds deposit to your NCTC student bank account or to another bank account of your choice.

Take advantage of student discounts at local businesses with your NCTC student photo ID card!

Get your free parking pass by going on OneLogin and selecting Parking Portal to register your vehicle. Parking permits are required for each campus, and will be needed to access the gated parking garage if you attend the downtown Denton campus.
