Salem Witch Hunts Special Lecture

Join us for an interesting 45-minute broom ride into the heart of the Salem Witch Hunts and Trials! We'll delve into Salem Village where history and myth entwine. Meet Reverend Samuel Paris, father of the first afflicted girl, the relentless ‘witch judge’ John Hathorne, and the eerie results of Gallows Hill. We will cover the basics, facts, fiction, motives, fear, greed, myths, mysteries and the impact he Salem Witch Hunts and Trials have had on history, our culture, and continues to ‘haunt’ to this day.

This free special lecture is open to all NCTC students and community members. Lecture will be held in Corinth 258.
